How do I add my Google Calendar?

Google Calendar can be... interesting. You can start going to Google Calendar on desktop and look at your calendars in the sidebar. Mouse over, click the three buttons and click "Settings and sharing":

Scroll down to Integrate calendar and there should be a field that says "Secret address in iCal format". Copy this address and add it to Calendearing.

Don't see this field? That's where Google can be interesting- usually this means you have a managed Google account (ie, through work), and you'd have to ask your Google administrator to enable "External sharing options for primary calendars". If that's not possible for you or your organization, you'll have to try other options, like making your entire calendar public.

Now, what does this do? It allows us to see your calendar without having to make your whole Google calendar public to everyone (which is a setting further up the page). This means only those with the secret URL have access to it.

How can I subscribe to a Calendearing calendar?

On Desktop — Google doesn't do this on mobile, apparently — scroll to the bottom of your sidebar and click the plus button, and then click "From URL":

Paste in your merged URL from Calendearing and your friend/pal/coworker will be able to see all your calendars in their calendar.

What calendar formats are supported?

We support any calendar that provides an iCal/ICS feed URL. This includes Google Calendar, Outlook, Apple Calendar, and most other calendar services.

How much does Calendearing cost?

Calendearing costs $30 per year. That's it; that's the price.

Is there a free trial?

You can sign up and add your calendars for free. Payment is only required when you want to access your merged calendar URL.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime from your Settings page. You'll have access until the end of your current billing period. You may also delete your account entirely at any time- it's in your settings page.

How often do calendars sync?

Calendars are checked every hour on our end- you'll also have to make sure the calendar you're using to subscribe to your Calendearing URL is set to sync changes, as well (Apple Calendar, for example, has options to sync up up to only once a week, or never).
